Healthcare Provider Registration

After completing your registration, we'll confirm your status as a healthcare provider and activate your account.

Once your account is activated you will have access to your FITLabs Provider Portal where you’ll have the ability to review provider pricing, request additional blood collection kits, and review completed reports.

FITLabs never charges its providers for the blood collection kits and shipping is free (within Canada).

You will ONLY be charged for tests you have requested in writing, and only after your patient's report has been issued. FITLabs will automatically charge the credit card on your billing profile for the test profile selected, and in accordance with the most recent FITLabs pricing schedule.
